During the spring of 2020, Oberlin Center for the Arts began to host weekly virtual meetings, convening partners from across the region. What began as a means of staying connected during the early days of the pandemic evolved organically into a place to building relationships amongst peers and share ideas, strategies and resources to strengthen our industry. Today, the Lorain County Arts + Culture Collective is comprised of organizations and institutions united around the benefits of arts and culture to the health of our community as well as the value of the creative industries to our local economy.

Beginning in April 2021, the Lorain County Arts + Culture Collective launched a monthly eDigest to showcase upcoming opportunities for community members to engage in arts and cultural programs and events, and to broadly advocate for the value of these activities to Lorain County and beyond.
